Krista McKenzie
Counsel

Krista was called to the bar in 2007 and is certified as a Construction Law Specialist by the Law Society of Ontario. She has construction litigation experience before the Court of Appeal, Superior Court, Construction Lien Court, Provincial Offences Court and Administrative Tribunals. She has also acted as corporate and general counsel to privately held construction companies. She holds a Master of Laws L.L.M. in Business Law from York University, a Bachelor of Laws L.L.B. from the University of Windsor and a Certificate of Construction Law from Osgood Hall Law School. Krista is fluently bilingual in French and English, and has appeared as counsel in bilingual hearings.
Krista is counsel to Kennaley Construction Law, and practices through McKenzie Professional Corporation.
