Prior to entering the legal profession, Sam worked as a Manufacturer’s Technical Representative for 12 years, focusing primarily on the building envelope, insulation, waterproofing and exterior facades. Sam worked for both blue-chip, multinational corporations and privately owned companies alike and has experience with project management and flooring contracting.

Sam has lived and worked in Vancouver, Toronto and the Gold Coast of Australia, exposing him to a diverse range of clients and construction practices. Sam understands his unique background of working with owners, consultants and contractors on behalf of suppliers lends itself perfectly to construction law and meeting the time-driven, delicate and multi-faceted needs of his clients.
Outside of work, Sam enjoys spending time with his wife Julia and young son Wolfgang along with all forms of athletics including playing hockey and golf and watching football with family and friends.
