Darcia Perry, Associate

Darcia Perry received a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from McMaster University, in 2007, and her Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa in 2012.
​
After articling at a full-service firm in Toronto, Darcia worked with Rob Kennaley at a construction law firm in Toronto before Rob opened the doors at Kennaley Construction Law. We are happy that Darcia has made the move to bring her experience and skill sets to the firm.
Darcia has experience acting on behalf of owners, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and architects on all aspects of projects throughout Canada. She represents clients in court proceedings, arbitration and mediation and provides advice with respect to construction contracts and the Construction Act. Darcia has appeared at all levels of court in Ontario, including the Court of Appeal.
